Kevin Connolly

Head of Client Services

Kevin is responsible for client relationships, service delivery and customer success. He specializes in collaborating with clients to leverage available technology to improve clinician efficiency and satisfaction and patient safety and outcomes. 

He has more than 17 years of experience in the healthcare technology industry. Kevin began his career working directly with one of the industry’s leading EHR vendors before diving into the healthcare management consulting field. Kevin has 12 years of strategic consulting experience at firms such as Superior Consulting, ACS Healthcare Solutions, Xerox and Dearborn Advisors. He has led large multi-facility EHR standardization initiatives, helped improve provider usage through workflow re-design and system configurations, and managed large system implementations, upgrades and optimizations across the country. 

Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Gettysburg College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time fly fishing, traveling and exploring the Rocky Mountains with his wife, Ashley, newborn son, Kane, and two long-haired German Shepherds, Moose and Bear.
